After graduating Bowling Green State University with a BA in Communications and Public Relations, Molly worked in advertising – first at an agency specializing in blue chip accounts and then to the client side for the LVMH group (Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton). From there she entered the wine world as the marketing manager for Cape Classics, a South African and French wine importer, where she worked for over 20 years focused on sales, marketing and PR. Before joining Broadbent as the SVP of Marketing and Brand Management in 2022, she spent two years in the cannabis industry leading a national sales team for the packaging company, Greenlane (formerly KushCo).
